The president of National Assembly Ahmed AlSaadoun received in his office yesterday morning the President of the International Federation of Asian and African Trade Unions Saud Rashid hujailan, who congratulated Al-Saadoun on his victory as Chairman of the Kuwaiti Government Council. They discussed the role of trade union work in advancing development and achieving aspirations.
The President of the International Federation of Asian and African Trade Unions, Saud Hujailan , confirmed that the president of the National Assembly, Ahmed Al-Saadoun, is a figure of historical weight and a great legislative legacy that enriches the political scene in Kuwait, and contributes to creating a positive atmosphere that is reflected in union work and workers.
He stated that he sensed from the Chairman of the Council a great understanding of the workers' demands and their reflection on performance and production, noting that there are many just demands that will be submitted to the concerned committees in the Council for discussion and approval.
